Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:

You purchased a Rizz.Singles package (Photo Pack, Bio Pack, Opener & Chat Pack, or any bundle).

You request the refund within 60 days of the purchase date.

You provide evidence that you implemented our recommendations (e.g., updated profile screenshots or bio text) and did not achieve at least 3x more matches than before using our service (compared to your previous 30-day average, or zero if you had none).
How to Request a Refund

Your name and email used for the purchase.

Order number or transaction ID.

Brief explanation and supporting screenshots (before/after profile, match statistics).

We will review your request within 3 business days.

If approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available after 60 days from purchase.

No refund if you did not implement the recommendations provided.

Digital bonuses (e.g., Tinder Photo Bible, Bio Bible, Chat Bible) are non-refundable once accessed, but you may keep them even if a refund is granted.

Subscription Cancellations
If you purchased a recurring subscription:

You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing support.

Cancellation stops future charges; no pro-rated refund for the current billing period.
